What is Thanksgiving wihtout stuffing? The quest for a stuffing that captures the essence of tradition without compromising on flavor and texture is a delicious challenge. Get ready to reimagine stuffing with a gluten-free twist that will leave your guests reaching for seconds.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 box Plain Gluten Free Stuffing Cubes 
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Celery diced
  • 2 cups Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme chopped 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Sage chopped 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
  • Dried Cranberries

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°

  2. In a large pan with deep sides melt the butter on medium/high heat. Add the celery, onions and herbs and sauté until soft. Add in salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Turn off heat. Add in stuffing cubes and combine. 

  4. Add in the chicken broth, the stuffing cubes should be wet but not too wet. Transfer stuffing to baking dish. 

  5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. 

  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until top is golden brown. 

  7. Remove from oven, cover and set aside until ready to serve. Re-heat at 275° for 15-20 minutes if needed. 

  8. Enjoy!
